Preactivated Recompressed Setup:

Install: Just run Setup.exe and you are done it's registered and activated.
Note: After you reset the Blu-Ray region it is a must to reinstall PowerDVD!!
* CLFLVSplitter.ax can cause a crash when you play flv videos in Windows Media Player. Disable_CLFLVSplitter.bat will unregister the FLV Splitter which fixes the problem
** Disables PowerDVD12Agent and DMREngine from running automatically at Windows startup. They both launch when you run PowerDVD 12
*** When I want to switch to the Classic Mode it launches PowerDVD 11 :/
Run this batch file to disable the Cinema Mode and enable the Classic Mode
